鱼芩解毒丸治疗获得性免疫缺陷综合征并发咳嗽的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：对16例鱼芩解毒丸治疗获得性免疫缺陷综合征并发咳嗽患者进行临床观察。方法：将16例患者以患者的意愿分为两组,服药组在罗红霉素胶囊治疗的同时加用中药鱼芩解毒丸,未服药组给予罗红霉素胶囊治疗。分别在治疗前、治疗3 d和治疗7 d观察咳嗽日记,记录症状体征积分,检测血常规、肝功能、肾功能、尿便常规、心电图、胸片以评价鱼芩解毒丸的安全性。结果：服药组和未服药组进行比较,治愈病例数差异无统计学意义（P〉 0. 05）;患者症状积分的变化比较,服药组能够明显改善症状积分（P 〈0. 001）;血常规、肝肾功、心电图、胸片两组之间改变不具有统计学意义（P〉 0. 05）。结论：鱼芩解毒丸治疗HIV感染者中并发热毒内蕴、痰热郁肺型急性支气管炎患者,能够显著改善患者症状积分,且药物安全性良好。Objective： To observe Yuqin Jiedu Pills treating patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome complicated with cough. Methods： According to the wishes of the patients,16 patients were divided into two groups. In the treatment group,the patients were treated with roxithromycin capsules and Yuqin Jiedu Pills. In the untreated group,the patients were only treated with roxithromycin capsules. The cough diaries were observed before treatment,3 and 7 days after treatment. The symptoms and syndromes were recorded. We evaluated the safety of Yuqin Jiedu Pill by testing the blood routine,liver function,renal function,urinary routine,electrocardiogram and chest radiograph. Results： Compared with the two groups,the number of cured cases was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Compared with the change of symptom score,the treatment group could significantly improve symptom score（ P〈0. 001）. In blood routine,liver and kidney functions,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Yuqin Jiedu Pills can significantly improve the symptom score,and the drug is safety in the treatment of HIV patients with acute bronchitis.
