艾灸治疗类风湿性关节炎作用机制研究的分析和思考

摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis,RA）是以慢性多关节滑膜炎,血管翳形成,最终导致骨与软骨破坏为主要特征的全身性自身免疫性疾病。由于其原因不明,治疗难度大,致残率高,给患者家庭及社会造成了沉重的负担。目前关于RA研究甚多,特别是随着分子生物学的发展,进行艾灸治疗RA的实验研究能够有效帮助我们了解该病的病理机制,从而选择最佳的治疗方式及预防措施。主要对近年来灸法治疗RA的机制研究进行分析和探讨,为今后的研究提供参考与依据。Rheumatoid arthritis（ RA） is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by chronic synovitis,pannus formation,and eventual destruction of bone and cartilage. Because of the unknown reasons,the difficult treatment and the high disability rate,which brings heavy burden to the patients family and society. At present,there are a lot of research about RA,especially with the development of molecular biology,experimental study of moxibustion for treatment of RA can help us to understand the pathogenesis of this disease and to choose the best treatment and prevention measures. This article mainly analyzed and discussed the mechanism of moxibustion for treatment of RA in recent years,which can provide reference and basis for the future research.
