连朴饮的临床应用与实验研究进展

摘　　要：近10年来,诸多医家通过临床与实验对连朴饮进行了大量研究,获得了许多研究成果。连朴饮作为主治湿热并重、阻滞中焦的经典方剂,广泛运用于临床,又经后世医家灵活化裁,对其理论及临床应用都有所发展。实验研究发现,连朴饮可能是通过影响HPA轴、HSP70和HIF-1a以及其调控的下游因子VEGF、血清CPR、肝组织PPARαmRNA表达等发挥其不同的治疗作用。主要概述连朴饮的临床应用及实验研究的进展,为其实验研究及临床应用提供新的思路和理论依据。In the recent ten years,many physicians have done a lot of clinical and experimental researches on Lianpu Drinkand have obtained many results. As a classic prescription for treating the hot and humid heat and blocking medium coke,it has been widely used in clinical treatment. After the flexible adjustment of later physicians,the theory and clinical applications have been developed. Experimental study found that Lianpu Drink may exert different therapeutic effects by influencing HPA axis,HSP70 and HIF-1 a and the expression of its downstream factors of regulation such as VEGF,serum CPR and liver tissue PPARαmRNA. This article mainly summarizes the clinical application of Lianpu Drink and the progress of experimental research to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for its experimental research and clinical application.
