摘 要:目的通过试验观察黄芪的急性经口毒性、遗传毒性以及亚慢性毒性,为进一步开发利用黄芪提供了科学依据。方法对黄芪进行急性经口毒性测定;通过细菌回复突变试验、哺乳动物红细胞微核试验及小鼠精母细胞染色体畸变试验对其遗传毒性进行评价;对大鼠进行90 d经口毒性试验,通过血液学指标、血生化指标、尿常规指标、食物利用率及脏体比等指标对其亚慢性毒性进行评价。结果黄芪的急性经口毒性LD50>62.0 g/kg BW,3项遗传毒性试验均为阴性,亚慢性毒性试验各项指标均为阴性。结论黄芪在此次试验条件下未见急性毒性、遗传毒性以及亚慢性毒性。Objective To determine the acute oral toxicity,genetic toxicity and subchronic toxicity of astragalus membranaceus,so to provide experimental basis for its application. Methods Acute oral toxicity test was performed in mice. The genetic toxicity was evaluated by bacterial reverse mutation assay,micronuclear test of mammalian and chromosome aberration test of spermatocyte in mice. 90-day oral toxicity test was performed in rat,and the result was evaluated by hematological index,serum biochemical index,routine urine test,food utility rate and organ-body ratios. Results The acute oral LD50 of astragalus membranaceus was greater than 62. 0 g/kg BW. Bacterial reverse mutation assay,micronuclear test of mammalian and chromosom aberration test of spermatocyte in mice and 90-day oral toxicity test showed negative results. Conclusion Under the present condition,astragalus membranaceus was non-acute oral toxicity,non-genetic toxicity and non-subchronic toxicity.
