围产期孕妇B族链球菌筛查培养基的比较

摘　　要：目的探索一种适合围产期35周~37周孕妇B族链球菌(group B Streptococcus,GBS)高效分离、鉴别的筛查培养基。方法参照美国CDC推荐使用的特殊GBS培养基配方配制(倍可特B族链球菌鉴别培养基Granada Medium,GM),用GM、梅里埃B族链球菌筛查培养基(STRB)和哥伦比亚血琼脂(BA)3种培养基对373份围产期孕妇阴道/肛门拭子进行B族链球菌的筛查。采用质谱分析仪鉴定分离菌株,对3种培养基进行敏感度和特异性的比较。结果在围产期孕妇阴道/肛门拭子B族链球菌筛查中,GM、STRB和BA的敏感度分别为100.00%、72.73%和36.36%,特异度分别为100.00%、96.76%和98.24%。结论 GM是围产期35周~37周孕妇阴道/肛门拭子中B族链球菌筛查分离的一种快捷、高效的方法。Objective To explore a type of screening medium suitable for efficient isolation and identification of group B Streptococcus in the pregnant women at perinatal pregnancy（ 35-37 weeks）. Methods Refer to the recipe recommended by Centers for Disease Control of American compound Granada Medium（ GM）,373 vaginal/rectum swabs collected from pregnant women in perinatal pregnancy were conducted for the detection of group B Streptococcus on GM,bio Merieux Streptococcus B（ STRB） and the blood agar（ BA）. The isolated strains were identified by mass spectrometry,and the sensitivity and specificity of the three kinds of culture medium were compared. Results The sensitivity and specificity were 100. 00% and 100. 00% for GM,72. 73% and 96. 76% for STRB,and 36. 36% and 98. 24% for BA,respectively. Conclusion Granada Medium is a rapid and efficient method for screening and isolating group B Streptococcus in vaginal/rectum swabs of pregnant women at 35-37 weeks of perinatal pregnancy.
