摘  要:目的研究并探讨新生儿黄疸对心功能及凝血功能的影响。方法回顾性分析56例病理性黄疸患儿、48例生理性黄疸患儿心功能及凝血功能的变化,并另外取48例正常新生儿作为对照组。检测3组新生儿的总胆红素、肌酶谱、CRP、PT、APTT、TT、FIB水平,比较分析各组变化,并进行统计学分析。结果病理性黄疸组的总胆红素明显升高,随之AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、APTT、PT、TT、CRP水平也逐渐升高,其中AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、APTT、PT、TT、CRP水平均高于生理性黄疸及对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿病理性黄疸可以导致新生儿出现心肌损伤及凝血功能异常,损害新生儿身体健康及正常发育;联合检测总胆红素和C-反应蛋白含量变化可以对病理性黄疸达到早发现、早预防、早治疗的效果,避免患儿发生心肌损伤及出血倾向,保护母婴健康。Objective To study and explore the influence of neonatal jaundice on cardiac function and blood coagulation function. Methods The cardiac function and coagulation function of 56 children with pathological jaundice and 48 children with physiological jaundice were retrospectively analyzed. In addition,48 normal newborns were used as the control group. The total bilirubin,muscle zymogram,CRP,PT,APTT,TT and FIB levels of the three groups were detected. The changes of each group were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The total bilirubin in the pathological jaundice group significantly increased,AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,APTT,PT,TT and CRP also gradually increased,and the levels of AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,APTT,PT,TT and CRP were higher than those of physiological jaundice group and control group( P 〈 0. 05).Conclusion Neonatal pathological jaundice can cause myocardial injury and abnormal blood coagulation in neonates,impairing the health and normal development of newborns; combined detection of changes in total bilirubin and C-reactive protein can early detect,prevent and treat pathological jaundice,so as to avoid myocardial injury and bleeding tendency in children,and protect maternal and children health.
