摘 要:目的对比Xantus半自动血型分析系统和Galileo全自动血型分析系统应用效果。方法对2011年1月-2016年12月分别在2种血型检测系统进行检测的449 679份标本和539 867份标本的结果进行统计分析。结果 Xantus半自动血型分析系统ABO血型一次判读成功率为99.27%,Rh D血型一次判定成功率为99.99%,ABO疑难血型检出率为0.265‰,漏检/错检4例;Galileo全自动血型分析系统ABO血型一次判读成功率为99.41%,Rh D血型一次判定成功率为99.99%,ABO疑难血型检出率为0.398‰,漏检/错检5例。结论 2种检测系统在ABO血型检测上有显著差异,在Rh D血型检测上无显著差异,Galileo全自动血型分析系统的整体运行状况上优于Xantus半自动血型分析系统,而且更容易发现ABO疑难血型。Objective To compare the application effect of Xantus semi-automated system and Galileo system. Methods The results of 449 679 samples and 539 867 samples from January 2011 to December 2016 were respectively statistically analyzed by those two systems. Results When using Xantus semi-automated system,the one-time successful rate of interpretation in ABO blood group was 99. 27%,in Rh D blood group was 99. 99%,the detection rate of difficult ABO blood group was0. 265‰,4 cases were miss or false detection; the success rate of ABO blood type in Galileo automatic blood type analysis system was 99. 41%,the success rate of Rh D blood type was 99. 99%,the detection rate of ABO difficult blood type was0. 398‰,and 5 cases were miss or false detection. Conclusion There are significant difference between these two systems in ABO blood typing,and no obvious difference in Rh D blood typing,the overall operation of Galileo system was better than Xantus semi-automated system,and it is easier to find difficult ABO blood group.
