四神丸联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗慢性腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究四神丸联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2017年3月新乡市中心医院收治的174例慢性腹泻患者为研究对象,采取随机双盲法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各87例。对照组口服复方嗜酸乳杆菌片,0.5~2片/次,3次/d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服四神丸,0.5~1袋/次,1~2次/d。两组患者均连续治疗5 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较两组患者的临床症状改善时间。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为78.16%、97.70%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者排便次数、粪便性状、腹痛、食欲不振、倦怠乏力改善时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四神丸联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗慢性腹泻效果显著,可明显改善症状,安全可行,具有一定的临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sishen Pills combined with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets in treatment of chronic diarrhea. Methods Patients（174 cases） with chronic diarrhea in Xinxiang Central Hospital from June 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment groups according to double-blind, and each group had 87 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets, 0.5 — 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Sishen Pills on the basis of the control group, 0.5 — 1 bag/time, 1 — 2 times/d. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the improvement times of clinical symptoms in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.16% and 97.70%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the improvement time of defecation frequency, fecal character, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and fatigue in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sishen Pills combined with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of chronic diarrhea, can improve the clinical symptom, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
