摘　　要：近年来,中国工业遗产的价值研究成为焦点问题,以往的遗产价值探究都是从定性的文化学角度出发,鲜有从经济角度的价值评估,文章思考包括经济价值在内的工业遗产价值的总体构成,并结合文化遗产价值既有研究旨在创造性的从经济学角度梳理定量评估改造后工业遗产文化资本经济价值的有效体系。结合环境资源学中使用价值和非使用价值的价值评估体系,愿为工业遗产保护与管理部门的决策提供依据,使得工业遗产得以保存并持续发展。In recent years, the study of the value of China＇s industrial heritage has become the focus of attention. In the past, the exploration of the value of heritage all proceeded from the perspective of qualitative culture. This paper creatively evaluates the economic value of the cultural heritage of industrial heritage after the transformation from a creative perspective. Based on the utility theory of value and the theory of tourism resource science and referencing to the value assessment system of use value and non-use value in environmental resource science. It further expanded the value system of natural tourism resources to the field of cultural heritage.
