医养结合模式下养老机构建筑空间布局分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国老龄化问题日趋严重,老年人入住养老机构成为当下的趋势,因此入住养老机构的老年人的刚性需求与供给不足的矛盾成为我国养老产业面临的一大难题。"医养结合"型养老机构作为解决这一问题的有效尝试,正处于不断发展阶段。文章重点分析医养结合模式下养老机构的建筑布局和设计建议,致力于提高老年人的生活质量并为其提供舒适的居住环境,同时提高护理人员的服务效率,降低建筑的运营成本,实现对老年人全方位的服务和保障。In recent years, the problem of aging in China has become increasingly serious, and elderly people living in institutions for the elderly have become the current trend. Therefore, the contradiction between the rigid demand and insufficient supply of seniors who are staying in old-age care institutions has become a major challenge for the elderly care industry in China. As an effective attempt to solve this problem, the ＂Medicine and Health Care＂ pension institution is in an evolving stage. This article focuses on the analysis of the architectural layout and design proposals of the pension institutions under the model of medical care and support, and is committed to improving the quality of life for the elderly and providing them with a comfortable living environment, and at the same time improving the service efficiency of the nursing staff, reducing the operating costs of the buildings, and achieving Comprehensive services and protection for the elderly.
