摘 要:临海工业区常采用工业新城模式规划工业与配套生活用地,以实现职住平衡发展。自"十二五"至今我国已开展多项临海工业建设,部分项目出现住宅闲置、用地低效问题。日本和新加坡是亚洲国家临海工业发展典范,在用地开发时序、用地布局、用地规模、住宅产品类型方面积累了成熟经验。文章总结日本及新加坡临海工业职住建设经验,梳理国内外临海工业配套建设特征,汲取有益经验,以期为我国临海工业职住空间优化建设提供借鉴。The Maritime Industrial Development Areas ( MIDA ) often adopts the industrial new town mode to plan industrial and supporting residential land, so as to realize the balanced development of Job- housing.Since 125, China has built number of MIDA projects, and some projects have exposed the problem of housing idle and land inefficient utilize. The MIDAs in Japan and Singapore are Classic cases in Asia, and They have accumulated mature experience in land use development order, layout, scale and of residential types. This paper summarizes the experience of industrial and residential construction in Japan and SingaporeMIDAs, compares the characteristics of theMIDAs supporting facilities, and draws some useful experiences in order to providereferencesto optimizethe industrial and residential space in China.
