摘　　要：城市和建筑的更新是未来一段时期中国"深度城镇化"工作的重要组成部分。实践证明过去的大拆大建和"修缮还原"的简单做法已经无法满足人民群众的物质和精神方面的需求。面对以上突出问题,文章针对被更新的城市和建筑的特点,探讨采用复杂性的视角进行新一轮更新工作并论证其可行性,以期在理论上对我国城市建设和人民群众生活水平的提高有所贡献。The renewal of cities and buildings is an important part of China＇s ＂deep urbanization＂ work in the coming period. Practice has proved that the simple practice of large-scale demolition and ＂simply repair and restoration＂ in the past can no longer meet the material and spiritual needs of the people in China. Faced with the above outstanding problems, this paper discusses the characteristics of the updated cities and buildings, explores the new round of update work from the perspective of complexity and demonstrates its feasibility, in order to theoretically improve the urban construction and the improvement of people＇s living standards in China.
