基于GIS的小城镇建筑保护更新方式研究——以徐州铜山区刘集镇区为例

摘　　要：随着小城镇的快速发展,小城镇更新的问题逐渐提上议程,文章以徐州市铜山区刘集镇区为例,运用ArcGIS软件,采取因子分析的方法,对建筑进行综合评价,最终得出较为合理的建筑保护更新策略:保留、拆除和置换以及具体问题具体分析,以期为今后小城镇的建设与实践提供一定的理论指导。With the rapid development of small cities and towns, the problem of small towns is gradually put on the agenda. This paper takes Liu town area of Copper Mt. District of Xuzhou as an example, using ArcGIS software, taking the method of factor analysis, comprehensive evaluation of the building, and finally get more reasonable architectural protection and renewal Strategy： reservation, removal and replacement, as well as specific issues specific analysis. In order to provide some theoretical guidance for the construction and practice of small towns in the future.
