摘 要:股骨头骨坏死(osteonecrosis of femoral head,ONFH)的治疗难点在于如何防止股骨头塌陷。但迄今为止,ONFH塌陷机制尚不明确,因此准确地评估股骨头塌陷风险,及时在早期采取干预措施对疾病的治疗具有重要意义。目前预测股骨头塌陷的方法有很多,但在准确性和实用性方面存在不同程度的缺陷。本文主要对从坏死区的位置、坏死区范围及形态、坏死区的影像学信号特点及有限元分析等方面预测股骨头塌陷的方法进行综述,旨在为临床应用提供参考。The difficulty in treating osteonecrosis of femoral head(ONFH) is to prevent the collapse. Till now, the mechanism of collapse is not yet clear, so it is of great importance to assess the risk of collapse accurately and take measures in early stage timely. At present, there are many methods for predicting the risk of collapse in the femoral head, but they all have different limitations in accuracy and practicality. This article summarizes the methods for predicting risk of collapse from aspects of location and scope of necrosis, radiographic features, and finite element analysis results, which intends to provide evidences for clinical application.
