女性生殖系统中肾管囊肿的影像分析

摘　　要：目的 通过影像分析提高女性生殖系统中肾管囊肿的诊断准确率。方法 回顾性分析本院经手术病理证实为女性生殖系统中肾管囊肿的患者17例，其中4例行CT增强扫描，12例行MRI增强扫描，1例行CT增强扫描和MRI增强扫描。结果 共19个病灶，单囊病灶13个，多囊病灶6个，其中 11个病灶位于卵巢冠，5个病灶位于阔韧带，2个病灶位于输卵管系膜，1个病灶位于子宫左后侧壁。中肾管囊肿的好发部位、大小、形态、囊壁、密度或信号、强化程度等特征有助于其诊断与鉴别诊断。结论 中肾管囊肿好发于卵巢冠，MRI的优势在于软组织分辨率高，对较大的中肾管囊肿，CT可克服肠气影响对显示其毗邻关系及生长方式更具优势。Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy of mesonephrie duct cyst in the female reproductive system by medical imaging analysis. Methods Seventeen female patients with surgery and pathology confirmed reproductive system mesonephric duct cysts in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.In these cases,4 patients underwent enhanced CT scan, 12 patients underwent enhanced MRI scan,and 1 patient underwent enhanced CT scan and MRI scan. Results There were 19 lesions in total. Single cysts and multiple cysts were detected in 13 and 6 cases, respectively.The cysts mainly located in the epoophoron （11 cases）, the broad ligament （5 cases）, the mesosalpinx （2 cases） and the left side of the posterior uterine wall （1 case）.The predilection site,size,shape,cyst wall,density or signal intensity,and enhancement features of the mesonephric duct cyst were helpful in its diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Conclusion The epoophoron is the most typical location of the mesonephric duct cyst in the female reproductive system.MRI has more advantage in showing soft tissue and CT can overcome the influence of intestinal gas and is good at showing the adjoining relationships and growth mode of the larger cysts.
