摘  要:分析贵州栽培川续断的表型多样性及类群表型特征,为川续断育种合理选配亲本及优异种质资源保存提供参考,本研究对58份川续断种质资源的25个农艺性状、浸出物和川续断皂苷Ⅵ进行测量,对其种质及表型特征进行相关性分析、多样性分析和聚类分析。结果表明,栽培川续断具有丰富的表型多样性,多样性指数在1.091 6~2.068 6之间,其中川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量、地下生物量、主根粗等22个性状多样性指数大于1.9;变异系数在6.03%~57.58%之间,其中浸出物含量、株高、主茎节数变异系数较小;基于各种质表型差异,可将58份种质聚类划分为3个类群,第Ⅱ类群为优质选育目标的最优亲本材料,第Ⅲ类群为高产育种目标的亲本材料。由此可见,贵州栽培川续断种质资源的表型性状变异较大,多样性较丰富;根条数、主根粗、地下生物量、川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量等7个指标是构成种质差异的主要因素;第Ⅱ类群和第Ⅲ类群为贵州川续断育种及种质筛选提供了良好的亲本材料。To analyze the phenotypic diversity and morphological characteristics of cultivated Dipsacus asper from Guizhou province and provide a reference for reasonable parents selection in Dipsacus asper breeding and the conservation of excellent germplasm resources, 25 agronomic traits, extract and dipsacus saponin VI of 58 D. asper germplasm resources were measured, and correlation analysis, diversity analysis and cluster analysis were conducted on its germplasm and phenotypic characteristics. The results showed that cultivated D. asper had abundant phenotypic diversity. The diversity index ranged from 1.091 6-2.068 6, and dipsacus saponin VI content, underground biomass, root diameter and other 19 character diversity indexes were greater than 1.9. The variation coefficient ranged from 6.03 %-57.58 %, of which the extract content, plant height and variation coefficient of the main stalk pitch number were smaller. Based on germplasm phenotypic difference, 58 germplasm cluster of D. asper could be divided into three groups, the second group could be optimal parent materials of breeding goals with high quality, and the third group could be parent materials of breeding goals with high yield. The result showed that there were large variation and rich diversity for the phenotypic characters of cultivated D. asper germplasm resources from Guizhou. 7 indicators were the main factors to form germplasm differences, including root number, main root diameter, underground biomass, dipsacus saponin V[ content and so on. The second group and the third group of D. asper could provide fine parent materials for breeding and germplasm screening of D. asper in Guizhou.
