摘 要:随着液晶显示器件向高分辨率、高像素密度方向发展,提高液晶材料在FFS模式下的穿透率成为重要的研究方向,高穿透率、高可靠性及快响应速度的混合液晶材料具有广阔的应用前景.二氟甲氧桥液晶具有低粘度、高介电、高可靠性的特点,是正性FFS模式中常用的一类单体材料.设计、合成、评测了一类末端侧向二氟取代的二氟甲氧桥液晶单体,并且考察了在液晶组合物中的应用,相对于常见单体,该系类单体的ε⊥>8,提高正性FFS液晶的穿透率5%以上,通过液质联用、核磁氢谱、差热分析等方法对结构进行了表征,并对性能参数与液晶分子结构之间的关系作了探讨.Next main development trend about LCD panels is high resolution and high pixel density.Market development urgently needs to improve transmittance of liquid crystal materials in the FFS mode.In recent years,difluoromethoxy-bridge single material have improved the LC mixture performance at low viscosity,highΔεand high reliability.A series of Lateral difluoride substituted phenyl difluoromethoxybridge singles were synthesized and evaluated for LCD application in this paper.The single structure was confirmed by HPLC-MS,1 HNMR,DSC and other analytical methods.Compared with general liquid crystal single material,lateral difluoride substituted phenyl difluoromethoxy-bridge singles have higherε⊥〉8,improving the transmittance of P-FFS mode liquid crystal materials above 5 % at least.The relationship between the structure and the physical property of the difluoromethoxy-bridge liquid crystal is discussed in this paper.
