摘 要:为探究灌浆材料在冻融腐蚀环境下影响抗冻性能的主要因素,本文选取有机和无机类材料,采用灰色关联法,以橡胶粉目数、冻融循环次数、冻融温度以及Nacl溶液浓度作为四种弱化因子,归纳总结出影响压浆材料抗冻融腐蚀性的主次因子。试验结果表明:对两种浆体材料抗冻融腐蚀性的影响作用从大到小排序依次为:冻融循环次数>冻融温度>Nacl浓度>橡胶粉目数;橡胶粉的目数越大,其抗冻融腐蚀性能越好。在富含盐渍的冻融环境条件下,应首选无机类材料作为板底脱空的修补材料;反之,应选取有机类材料。In order to study main factors influencing grouting material in frozen thaw frost resistance under corrosive environment,the experiment was designed,in which typical organic and inorganic grouting materials were selected,and grey correlation theory was applied using listed rubber powder mesh,freeze-thaw cycles,freeze-thaw temperature and Nacl concentration as the four degradation factors.In the experiment,the primary and secondary factors that influence the freeze-thaw corrosion resistance of the grouting material under freeze-thaw corrosion were summarized.Compressive strength tests show that the effect of freezing thawing corrosive slurry material from large to small order are:the number of freeze-thaw cycles X4,freeze-thaw temperature X3,Nacl concentration X2,rubber powder mesh X1;the bigger the rubber powder mesh is(as the smaller the particle size,the better the corrosion resistance to freezing and thawing will be.It is recommended to use inorganic materials as the filling material of slab in salt enrichment regions;in contrast,to use organic as filling material of slab.
