摘 要:为了探究气门间隙异常故障的诊断方法,分别通过仿真模拟与实验探究,运用ADAMS软件对配气系统核心部件进行建模,对不同气门间隙下部件的动力学行为进行模拟,探究故障机理和故障敏感特征。基于Teager能量算子,探究实际机组振动信号中气门间隙异常故障敏感特征的精确提取方法。在一台TBD234柴油机中模拟该故障,采集缸盖振动信号。结果表明,随间隙增大开启冲击相位推迟、关闭相位提前,峰值能量增大,验证了故障特征的敏感性和故障诊断方法的有效性。In order to study the abnormal valve clearance fault diagnosis method, by the simulation and experiment study, the core components of the gas distribution has been modeled in ADAMS, and the dynamic behaviors with different valve clearance has been simulated, in order to study the fault mechanism and the sensitive feature. Based on Teager energy operator, the accurate method to extract the sensitive feature from the actual vibration signal has been explored. This fault has been simulated in the TBD234 combustion engine test stand, vibration signal acquired. With the increasing of clearance, the phase of valve opening holds off, the phase of shutting is ahead of time, and the amplitude increases,which verifies the sensitivity of fault feature and effectiveness of the diagnosis method.
