摘  要:对生物基锦纶56与锦纶66的吸湿性能、耐酸碱性能、染色性能以及锦纶织物的阻燃性能进行对比研究。结果表明,生物基锦纶56的吸湿快干性优于锦纶66,虽然耐酸碱性略差,但仍可满足生产加工与使用需要;生物基锦纶56本体具有阻燃性能,其极限氧指数可达32.0%以上,通过与其他纤维混纺可满足各类防护服装的阻燃需要;生物基锦纶56可采用酸性、中性、活性染料染色,染色成品得色深,K/S值均可达到16以上,并且色牢度在4级以上,可以满足各类混纺针织服装的染色和印花要求。The properties of bio-based polyamide 56 and polyamide 66 were compared, including moisture absorption, acid and alkali resistance, dyeing performance and flame retardancy. The results show that bio-based polyamide 56 has better moisture absorbing and quick drying than polyamide 66. Although the acid and alkali resistance of bio-based polyamide 56 is not good, it can still meet the needs of production, processing and use. The bulk of bio-based polyamide 56 has flame retardant properties, and the LOI can reach above 32.0%, which can meet the flame retardant needs of various protective devices through blending with other fibers. Bio-based polyamide 56 can be dyed with acidic, neutral or reactive dyes, and the finished dyed product has a deep color, and the K/S value can reach 16 or more, and the color fastness is more than 4, which can meet the requirements of dyeing and printing of various blended knitted garments.
