高强度高色牢度全棉针织面料染整工艺的研究

摘　　要：文中采用100%精梳长绒棉纱编织成全棉针织面料,利用高强度高色牢度全棉针织面料染整工艺对织物进行整理,研究了前处理、染色、丝光、后整理加工工艺,探究工艺参数对提高全棉针织面料的色牢度、顶破强度、匀染性、手感、光泽度等的影响,总结出相应的技术解决方案。结果表明,染色加工提高了产品的色牢度及顶破强度,改进了常规全棉针织面料的产品风格,适用于特殊用途服装生产。This paper used 100% combed long-staple cotton yarn to knit double-sided cloth, then finished the fabric by the high-strength and high-color fastness dyeing and finishing process. The selection of auxiliaries, pretreatment methods, dyeing and mercerizing process parameters, finishing and processing were introduced, and the process parameters were studied to improve the color fastness, bursting strength and evenness of cotton doublesided cloth, and the corresponding technical solutions were summed up as well. The results show that the finished product improves the color fastness and bursting strength, and promotes the product style of the conventional cotton knitted fabric. It is suitable for military garment production and extends the market of cotton knitting.
