摘  要:文中采用活性荧光黄FL和反应型紫外线吸收剂LIQ对改性棉织物进行一浴无盐荧光染色和防紫外线整理,探讨了Na2CO3、NaCl用量、温度、时间对改性棉织物染色和防紫外线性能的影响,测试了染色织物的K/S值、UPF指数、紫外线透过率、耐洗性能和染色牢度。结果表明:当活性荧光黄FL和反应型紫外线吸收剂LIQ分别为1%、3%时,改性棉织物一浴无盐荧光染色和防紫外线整理的优化工艺为10 g/L Na2CO3,染色温度65℃,保温染色时间40 min;改性棉织物一浴无盐荧光染色和防紫外线整理后织物UPF指数可达到76左右,经30次标准洗涤后,其UPF指数仍保持在65以上,且具有较高的耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。In this paper, reactive fluorescent yellow FL and reactive ultraviolet absorber LIQ were used to one bath salt-free dyeing fluorescent dyeing and anti-UV finishing of modified cotton fabrics. The effect of the concentration of sodium carbonate and sodium chloride, dyeing temperature and time on the dyeing and anti-UV performance of modified cotton fabrics was studied. The K/S value, UPF index, UV transmittance, dyeing and washing fastness of treated fabrics were tested. The results showed that when the dosage of reactive fluorescent yellow was FL 1%(owf) and reactive ultraviolet absorber LIQ was 3%(owl), the optimal one bath salt-free fluorescent dyeing and anti-UV finishing process was sodium carbonate 10 g/L, dyeing at 65℃ for 40 min. The UPF index of dyed modified fabrics was about 76, which was kept at more than 65 after 30 times of standard washing and had higher washing and rubbing fastness.
