摘  要:文中采用耐候性测试方法,模拟汽车内饰用纺织材料在日常使用环境下的老化过程,测定汽车内饰用纺织材料中物理性能保持率及织物中有毒有害物质(禁用偶氮染料、甲醛、铅、挥发性有机物)的变化。结果表明,纺织材料中天然纤维材料物理性能保持率低于合成纤维材料;在耐候性测试后,汽车内饰用纺织材料中的禁用偶氮染料、甲醛和挥发性有机物含量降低,铅可萃取量增加。In this paper, using the weather resistance test method to simulate the aging process of textile materials for automotive interiors in daily use environment, to determine the physical property retention rate and the change of the toxic and harmful substances (banned azo dyes, formaldehyde, hexavalent chromium, lead and volatile organic compounds) of textile materials for automotive interiors. The results show that the physical performance of natural fiber materials of textile materials is lower than that of synthetic fiber. After weather resistance test, the content of hexavalent chromium and soluble lead decreased, while the contents of hexavalent chromium and soluble lead increased.
