摘　　要：介绍了铁路货车铸钢件新型酯硬化水玻璃砂的主要特点、造型和制芯工艺及生产线的组成。分析了新型酯硬化水玻璃砂造型工艺的影响因素。生产实践表明，新型酯硬化水玻璃砂单箱造型工艺能够生产多种铁路货车铸钢件，采用该工艺生产的铸钢件产品质量稳定，应用效果良好。As to a new type of ester-hardened water glass sand, its essential features, molding and coremaking processes,and constituents of production line were introduced. The factor influencing moulding process with the ester-hardened water glass sand were analyzed. It was proved in the production practice that many type of goods train steel castings can be produced by single-box casting with the ester-hardened water glass sand, and will have stable quality and be well used.
