摘　　要：代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是一系列心血管危险因素聚集的临床症候群, MS较单纯高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、肥胖等代谢性疾病对左心房功能的影响更为显著,且对左心房功能的影响大于各个成分效应的总和。左心房机械功能包含储器功能、管道功能和泵功能,MS患者的左心房机械功能受到不同程度的影响,此外左心房的结构和电传导功能也发生着变化。超声心动图技术的快速发展,使早期识别MS患者的左心房功能改变成为可能,为其早期干预提供指导。Metabolic syndrome （MS）is a series of clinical syndromes associated with a cluster of cardiovascular risk factors. The effect of MS on left atrial（LA） function is more significant than simple metabolic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, etc. The effect of MS on the LA function is greater than the sum of its components. The LA mechanical function consists of reservoir, conduit and pump function, the LA mechanical function of MS patients is affected by different degrees, furthermore the structure and electrical function of the left atrium also changed. With the rapid development of echocardiography, early identification of LA function of patients with MS is possible, would provide effective guidance for its early intervention in clinical practice.
