摘　　要：中国人民抗日军事政治大学(简称'抗大')为抗日战争、解放战争和解放区建设培养了大量军政兼优的干部人才,为革命的胜利做出了巨大的贡献。抗大的办学具有政治性和军事性并重共强、群策群力开放办学、教育原则灵活实用以及'教学做'高度合一的特点。抗大因时因地制宜的教育方法、丰富多彩的文娱活动和艰苦奋斗的严谨治学精神等成功经验,对我国创办世界一流大学具有积极意义和借鉴价值:对学生价值观的引导是高等教育的重要使命,教师教育理想的坚定是培育一流人才的根本动力,发扬艰苦奋斗的精神开放办学是创办一流大学的必备品质。The Chinese People's Anti-Japanese Military and Political University (Kangda) has trained a large number of cadres with both military and political excellence for the Anti-Japanese War,the War of Liberation and the construction of liberated areas,and has made tremendous contributions to the victory of the revolution. The characteristics of running Kangda are: paying equal attention to both political and military aspects,opening up the school with collective wisdom and efforts,flexible and practical educational principles,and high integration of 'teaching,learning and doing'. Successful experiences such as teaching methods adapted to local conditions,rich and colorful recreational activities,and rigorous academic spirit of arduous struggle are of positive significance and reference value to the founding of world-class universities in China: guiding students' values is an important mission of higher education,and the firmness of teachers' educational ideal is the fundamental motive force of cultivating first-class talents,and carrying forward the spirit of arduous struggle and running school openly is an essential quality of establishing a first-class university.
