新时代大学生就业价值取向及其引导研究——基于S市某双一流大学本科生的调查

摘　　要：当前,大学生就业价值取向呈现出新的时代特征和发展趋势。基于对S市某双一流大学本科生就业价值取向的调查,发现大学生就业价值取向总体乐观,呈现出个性化、多元化、自主化的新趋势;却也存在就业态度消极、社会责任感淡化、功利化特征日益明显等问题。建议立足S市的现实状况,构建新时代大学生就业价值取向的引导体系:营造健康就业氛围,夯实大学生就业基础;提升大学生就业意识,转变消极的就业态度;引导大学生提升社会责任感,融合个人价值与社会价值;营造健康积极的家庭氛围,避免功利主义的侵袭。通过发挥政府、学校、大学生和家庭四方主体的合力,帮助大学生树立与新时代发展相契合的就业价值取向,解决大学生就业难题,发挥大学生应有的社会价值。At present,the employment value orientation of college students has presented a new era feature and development trend.Based on the survey of the employment value orientation of undergraduates in a Double First-class university in S city,it is found that the employment value orientation of college students is generally optimistic,showing a new trend of individualization,diversification and autonomy. However,there are also some problems such as negative employment attitude,fading social responsibility and increasing utilitarianism. Based on the actual situation of S city,it is suggested to construct a guiding system for the employment value orientation of college students under the new era theory: create a healthy employment atmosphere and consolidate the employment foundation of college students; improve the employment awareness of college students and change the negative employment attitude; guide college students to improve social responsibility and integrate personal value and social value; create a healthy and positive family atmosphere and avoid the invasion of utilitarianism. The joint efforts of the government,schools,college students and families could help college students to set up the employment value orientation which is consistent with the development of the new era theory,solve the employment problem of college students,and give full play to t their due social value.
