摘　　要：目的探讨中节指背终末背侧支筋膜蒂皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损的手术方法及临床效果。方法2012年1月-2017年10月,应用中节指背终末背侧支筋膜蒂皮瓣修复指端指腹软组织缺损创面20例。结果所有皮瓣均成活良好,外形满意,指体长度得到最大保留。结论此皮瓣切取简单,无需显微镜下操作,对技术要求不高,成功率高,护理简单,适合在基层医院应用。Objective To explore the surgical method and chnical effect of repairing the defect of fingertip soft tissue with middle finger dorsal terminal dorsal branch fascial pedicle flap. Methods From February 2010 to May 2013, 20 cases with fingertip soft tissue defect, were repaired by middle finger dorsal terminal dorsal branch fascial pedicle flap. Results All the flaps survived well, the shape was satisfactory, and the length of finger was retained. Conclusion The flap is simple to be cut without operating under the microscope, and has low technical requirements, high success rate and simple nursing, it is wrthy of apphcation in primary hospital.
