复肝汤联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化代偿期临床研究

摘　　要：目的 ：观察复肝汤联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者的临床疗效。方法 ：选择76例乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,对照组予口服恩替卡韦片,观察组予复肝汤和恩替卡韦片口服,1个月为一疗程,连用3个疗程,对比两组治疗后的肝功能、肝脏纤维化四项、凝血酶原时间、乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸（HBV DNA）定量等指标的变化与差异。结果：两组治疗后,在肝功能、肝脏纤维化四项、凝血酶原时间、HBV DNA定量等方面组内比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组间比较观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：复肝汤联合恩替卡韦片可明显改善代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者的肝功能、肝脏纤维化四项、凝血酶原时间、HBV DNA定量等指标,可达到减少病毒复制、改善肝脏纤维化、提高肝功能等目的,从而控制代偿期肝硬化的发展。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Fugan decoction combined with entecavir on compensatory hepatitis B virus（HBV） cirrhosis. Methods：Seventy six patients with compensatory HBV cirrhosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of entecavir,while the observation group was given Fugan decoction and entecavir. One month was a treatment course. After the patients were treated for 3 courses,liver functions,four indexes for liver fibrosis,prothrombin time,and HBV DNA quantitative indicators were measured. Results：After treatment,the liver functions,four indexes for liver fibrosis,prothrombin time,HBV DNA quantitative indicators of the two groups were better than those before treatment,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）,and the effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Fugan decoction combined with entecavir tablet could obviously improve the liver function,four indexes for liver fibrosis,prothrombin time,HBV DNA quantitative indicators of patients with compensatory HBV cirrhosis,reduce viral replication,relieve hepatic fibrosis and improve liver function,and therefore it could control the development of the liver cirrhosis during the compensatory phase.
