摘 要:采用废铁屑及H_2O_2做为fenton试剂,通过氧化法来降解丙烯酸废水,目的是通过试验寻找合适的反应条件。通过绘制反应温度、反应时间及双氧水的浓度对丙烯酸降解率影响的变化曲线,寻找最佳反应条件,结果表明,当H_2O_2的浓度为800 mg/L,温度在20~30℃,反应时间为40 min时,丙烯酸的降解率可达到95%以上。In this paper, scrap iron and H2O2 were used as fenton reagents to degrade acrylic acid wastewater by oxidation. The propose was to find appropriate reaction conditions through experiments. By plotting the reaction temperature, reaction time, and concentration of hydrogen peroxide on the degradation rate of acrylic acid, the optimal reaction conditions were found. The results showed that when the concentration of H2O2 was 800 mg/L, the temperature was 20 -30℃, and the reaction time was 40 min. The degradation rate of acrylic acid can reach above 95%.
