地奥司明治疗重睑成形术后眼睑肿胀的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察地奥司明片治疗重睑成形术后眼睑肿胀的临床效果。方法选择重睑成形术术者358例,随机分为治疗组(n=185)和对照组(n=173),治疗组术后口服地奥司明片7 d,每天2次,每次0. 9 g;对照组术后每天冰敷或热敷2次,每次15 min。评价两组术者术后眼睑肿胀程度和炎症指标CRP变化情况,同时对其术后疼痛程度进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率为94. 89%,血清CRP为(1. 17±0. 28) mg/L;对照组总有效率为73. 78%,血清CRP为(3. 69±1. 07) mg/L,治疗组术后各时间段疼痛例数明显减少,两两相比具有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论地奥司明可以有效减轻重睑成形术后眼睑肿胀和疼痛,值得在整形美容手术中推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Disomin tablets on treating eyelid edema after bleph- aroplasty. Methods 358 cases, underwent blepharoplasty were randomly divided into two gruops： the treatment group and the control group. Cases in treatment group were instructed to take the oral tablets 7 d of the Disomin after surgery, every time 0.9 g, everyday second -rate. Cases in control group were instructed to take ice compress or hot compress, every time 15tain, everyday second -rate. The level of edema and serum CRP of two group was evaluated independently, and the posto- peration pain degree was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.89%, serum CRP was （ 1.17±0.28） mg/L; The total effective rate of control group was 73.78%, serum CRP was （3.69 ± 1.07） mg/L; The postoperation pain cases of treatment group in each time quantum has obvious reduce, and the two groups comparison has the obvious difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The eyelid edema and pain after blepharoplasU can be reduced effectively by Diosmin tablets, and it is worthy and application of cosmetic surgery.
