摘　　要：目的对白血病抑制因子(LIF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子痫前期患者胎盘中的表达及其相关性进行分析探讨,为今后的临床诊疗工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法选择2017年1月—2018年1月于我科住院的选择性剖宫产子痫前期孕妇和同期正常晚期妊娠孕妇(无产科并发症及内外科并发症)为研究对象,分别定义为观察组和对照组,在胎盘娩出后,取胎盘组织进行LIF和VEGF表达水平检测,并对检测结果展开对比分析。结果子痫前期患者胎盘组织中LIF和VEGF水平较对照组胎盘组织中LIF和VEGF水平发生显著降低(P <0. 05);重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中LIF和VEGF水平低于轻度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中LIF和VEGF水平(P <0. 05)。结论 LIF和VEGF水平在子痫发生以及病情演变中,发挥了重要作用,在临床诊疗工作中,应对其给予足够的重视。Objective To analyze the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor （LIF） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in placenta of preeelampsia patients and provide valuable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future. Methods We selected pregnant women with preeelampsia who were hospitalized in our department between January 2017 and January 2018, and pregnant women with nomlal late pregnancy （no obstetric complications and internal and surgical complications） as subjects. In the observation group and the control group, placental tissues were taken for detection of LIF and VEGF expression levels after the placenta was delivered, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results Levels of LIF and VEGF in the placenta of the preeelampsia patients were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; LIF and VEGF levels in the placenta of severe preeelampsia were lower than those in the mild preeelampsia （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The levels of LIF and VEGF play an important role in the occurrence of eelampsia and the evolu- tion of the disease. In the clinical diagnosis and treatment work, we should pay enough attention to it.
