PLC定时器和辅助继电器在自动化生产线控制中的应用

摘　　要：PLC是自动化生产线的主要控制方式,PLC的扫描周期较短,在编程过程中,若触发条件使用不当,会造成PLC程序无法正常运行。定时器和辅助继电器是PLC的基本指令,利用定时器的常开触点或辅助继电器作为触发条件,实现了程序的正常运行。本文通过实例分析定时器和辅助继电器在自动化生产线控制中的应用。PLC is the main control mode of automatic production line, with short scanning period. In the process of programming, if the trigger condition is used improperly, the PLC program can not inn normally. Timer and auxil- iary relay are the basic instructions of PLC. The normal operation of the program is realized by using the normal contact or auxiliat-y relay of the timer as triggering conditions. Taking some examples, this paper analyzes the appli- cation of timer and auxiliat-y relay in automatic production line control, y using the normal open contact of the timer or auxiliary relay as the trigger condition. In this paper, through the analysis of examples, the application of timer and auxiliary relays in automatic production line control is introduced.
