摘  要:设计了一种基于道威棱镜光学成像原理的单模24芯光纤旋转连接器。介绍了该单模24芯光纤旋转连接器的设计原理、光学结构设计和机械结构设计,其采用光纤准直器阵列、道威棱镜和行星齿轮实现了光信号的旋转连接。通过实测,该光纤旋转连接器插入损耗最大值为3.95 dB、插入损耗旋转变化最大值为1.68 dB,回波损耗最小值为51 dB,这些技术指标均达到了国外同类光纤旋转连接器产品的性能要求。该光纤旋转连接器的成功研制打破了我国单模多芯光纤旋转连接器依赖进口的局面。A twenty-four cores single-mode fiber optic rotary joint is designed based on the optical imaging principle of the Dove prism. The design principle, optical structure design and mechanical structure design of the fiber optic rotary joint are introduced. The rotary coupling of the optical signal is realized by the fiber collimator array,the Dove prism and the planet gear. Through the measurement of the fiber optic rotary joint, the maximum insertion loss is 3.95 dB, the maximum rotational variation of insertion loss is 1.68 dB and the minimum return loss is 51 dB. These technical indexes all meet the performance requirements of the foreign similar fiber optic rotary joint products. The successful development of the fiber optic rotary joint has broken the import situation of the multi-core single-mode fiber optic rotary joint in China.
