摘 要:根据碳纤维多层织机的技术要求及织物要求,对碳纤维多层织机引纬机构原理方案进行了研究,主要包括引纬形式的选择,传剑方式的选择,引纬规律的制定等。基于以上的原理方案,对引纬机构进行了设计,得到其三维模型,并对剑杆剑轮系统的竖直、水平两种布置方案机构的受力情况进行了分析研究,按照实际情况对两种布置形式的机构进行了有限元的静力分析,通过分析结果选择出合理的安装布置形式。According to the technical requirements and fabric requirements of carbon fiber multilayer loom,the principle scheme of weft insertion mechanism of carbon fiber multilayer loom is studied,including the selection of weft insertion form,the selection of rapier-transmitting mode,the formulation of weft insertion law,and etc.Based on the above principle scheme,the weft insertion mechanism was designed,and its three-dimensional model was obtained.The force situation of the vertical and horizontal arrangement schemes of the rapier and wheel system was analyzed and studied.The static analysis of the finite element is carried out for the two types of arrangements according to the actual situation,and a reasonable installation layout is selected through the analysis results.
