Simvastatin Combined with Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate in the Treatment of 39 Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

摘　　要：目的研究辛伐他汀联合环磷腺苷对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年5月-2017年1月获嘉县人民医院78例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组给予辛伐他汀+环磷腺苷治疗,治疗14 d后,对比两组治疗前后心功能指标[左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]及生活质量(SF-36)变化。结果治疗后观察组LVEF水平和SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),LVEDD、LVESD水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者采取辛伐他汀联合环磷腺苷治疗能有效改善患者心室重构,提高患者心功能,同时对提高患者生活质量具有重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of Simvastatin combined with cyclic adenosine monophosphate（ cyclic AMP） on cardiac functions and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.Methods From May 2016 to January 2017,78 patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease in Huojia People＇s hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Simvastatin,while the observation group was treated with Simvastatin combined with cyclic AMP.After 14 days＇ treatment,the changes of cardiac function index were compared before and after treatment in the two groups,such as left ventricular end diastolic diameter（ LVEDD）,left ventricular end systolic diameter（ LVESD）,left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF） ]and quality of life（ SF-36）.Results After treatment,the LVEF level and SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The level of LVEDD and LVESD was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Simvastatin and cyclic AMP can effectively improve ventricular remodeling,improve cardiac function and the quality of life of patients with CHD.
