地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉应用于无痛胃肠镜中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉应用于无痛胃肠镜中的效果。方法选取天津市人民医院无痛胃肠镜患者100例,采用双盲随机法将其分为两组,各50例,对照组采取芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采取地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉,比较两组镇痛效果、丙泊酚用量及不良反应。结果观察组镇痛有效率94.0%明显高于对照组80.0%(χ~2=8.664 9,P=0.003),观察组不良反应率16.0%明显低于对照组42.0%(χ~2=16.415 7,P=0.000)。而观察组丙泊酚用量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉用于无痛胃肠镜可提升镇痛效果,减少丙泊酚用量及不良反应,值得应用推广。Objective To study the effect of Dezocin and Propofol anesthesia on painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods 100 cases of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases each group.The control group was anesthetized with Fentanyl combined with Propofol,and the observation group was treated with Dezocin combined with Propofol anesthesia.The analgesic effect,Propofol dosage and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of analgesia in the observation group（ 94. 0%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（ χ^2= 8. 664 9,P = 0. 003）. The adverse reaction rate in the observation group（ 16.0%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（ χ^2= 16.415 7,P = 0.000） and the dosage of Propofol was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anesthesia with Dezocin combined with Propofol in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy is very significant,which can improve the analgesic effect,reduce the dosage of Propofol and adverse reactions.It is worthy of application and promotion.
