摘 要:[目的]建立一种从杜仲翅果中快速提取杜仲精胶的实验室方法。[方法]将杜仲树翅果的果皮粉碎后在碱液中水解,得到杜仲粗胶。再分别以石油醚、环己烷、苯和四氯化碳为萃取溶剂,采用常温浸提从杜仲橡胶粗胶中快速提取杜仲精胶。通过比较提取得率、纯度及效率3个指标确定杜仲橡胶常温浸提法的最佳萃取溶剂。[结果]4种有机溶剂均能从杜仲粗胶中萃取得到杜仲精胶,以石油醚为萃取溶剂提取的得率、纯度和效率均优于其他3种有机溶剂,其他依次是环己烷、苯和四氯化碳。[结论]建立以石油醚为萃取溶剂在室温下快速从杜仲翅果中提取杜仲橡胶的方法,与传统索式抽提法相比,该方法简单易行,有机溶剂使用少,具有提取周期短、成本低、对环境污染小的特点,可以用于实验室从杜仲橡胶翅果中快速提取杜仲精胶。[Objective] This study aimed to establish a rapid method to extract Eucommia ulmoides Rubber (EUR) from Eucommia ulmoides key-fruits in laboratory. [Method] Crude EUR was obtained from E. ulmoides key-fruits by alkali leaching, and then four different organic solvents including petroleum ether,cyclohexane,benzene,carbon tetrachloride were used to extract high-quality EUR from crude EUR. The optimum solvent for high-quality EUR extraction was determined by comparing purity, yield, and extraction efficiency. [Result] High-quality EUR can be extracted with all four kinds of organic solvents from crude EUR. The extraction yield, purity, and extraction efficiency of petroleum ether were the best among four solvents, followed by cyclohexane, benzene, and carbon tetrachloride. [Conclusion] A method was established to extract EUR from E. ulmoides key-fruits with petroleum ether as the extraction solvent at room temperature. This method can be used to quickly extract EUR in laboratory, and it has advantages including simplicity and feasibility, less organic solvent consumption, shorter extraction time, low cost, and environmental friendliness compared with the traditional Soxhlet extraction method.
