福建省石狮市区域建设用地节约集约利用评价及动态变化研究

摘　　要：采用多因素综合评价法,通过建立评价指标体系、合理确定权重和理想值、与类比城市对比研究,对石狮市建设用地节约集约利用水平进行评价并进行动态变化研究。结果表明,石狮市区域建设用地节约集约利用水平较高,但近3年全市区域建设用地节约集约利用水平有下降趋势。未来应从加强城市存量土地供应、调整优化产业布局及产业结构、提高建设用地利用和产出强度等方面进一步提高建设用地节约集约利用水平。Using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method,through the establishment of the evaluation index system, the reasonable determination of weights and ideal values and the comparison of analog cities,the level of economical and intensive use of construction land in Shishi City was evaluated,and the dynamic change research was carried out.The results showed that the level of economical and intensive use of regional construction land in Shishi City was relatively high, but the level of economical and intensive use of regional construction land in the city had declined in the past three years.In the future, we should further improve the level of economical and intensive use of construction land from the aspects of strengthening urban stock land supply, adjusting and optimizing industrial layout and industrial structure,and improving construction land utilization and output intensity,etc..
