摘 要:[目的]综合评价苗期菊芋耐盐性,筛选耐盐品种。[方法]利用不同盐分梯度的盐碱原土,对6个菊芋品种(系)苗期耐盐性进行分析,通过主成分及指标相关分析,运用隶属函数法进行耐盐性评价。[结果]筛选出叶面积、株高、地上鲜重、地下鲜重、地上干重、丙二醛、净光合速率、气孔导度8个指标作为综合评价指标,菊芋品种(系) B1、N1综合得分为0.812、0.625。[结论]6个品种(系)中,B1、N1苗期耐盐性较强。[Objective] To evaluate the salt tolerance of Helianthus tuberosus in seedling stage and to screen salt-tolerant varieties. [Method] The salt tolerance of 6 H. tuberosus varieties (lines) was analyzed by using salt-alkali soil with different salt gradients. The salt tolerance was evaluated by means of principal component and index correlation analysis, and the method of membership function was used to evaluate the salt tolerance of 6 H. tuberosus varieties (lines). [Result] Eight indexes such as leaf area, plant height, aboveground fresh weight, underground fresh weight, aboveground dry weight, malondialdehyde (MDA), net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance were selected as comprehensive evaluation indexes.The synthesis scores of B1 and N1 were 0.812,0.625,respectively. [Conclusion] Among the 6 varieties (lines), B1 and N1 have strong salt tolerance in seedling stage.
