摘  要:为了提高对西藏水资源状况的管理和查询效率,进行有效的空间分析以及科学的预测水量、预防灾害,针对西藏尼洋河流域,构建了基于地理信息系统(GIS)的流域水资源管理信息系统,并详细介绍了水资源管理信息系统的建立过程及基本功能。该水资源管理信息系统实现了水资源开发利用现状评价、水资源调查评价、水资源需求预测、排险减灾方案快速制定以及完成水资源的合理配置等功能。基于GIS的水资源管理信息系统的建立,可为西藏水资源规划管理及防灾减灾提供技术支持并提高西藏地区水利信息化水平。In order to improve the management and query efficiency of the state of water resources in Tibet,carry out effective spatial analysis and predict the amount of water and prevent disasters,this paper constructed a water resources management information system based on geographic information system(GIS) for the Niyang River Basin in Tibet,and detailed the establishment of water resources management information system and its basic functions.This water resources management information system achieved the functions of water resources development and utilization status assessment,water resources investigation and evaluation,water resources demand forecasting,rapid development of hazard reduction and disaster reduction programs and the completion of rational allocation of water resources.The establishment of a GIS-based water resources management information system can provide technical support for the planning and management of floods and disaster prevention and mitigation and improve the information level of water conservancy in Tibet.
