摘　　要：从校企深度合作的角度,分析了执业兽医制度与兽医人才培养的关系,探讨了执业背景下校企深度合作的必要性和合作面临的困难,并阐述了校企深度合作的体系建设,从而提升兽医的培养质量。From the perspective of school-enterprise deep cooperation, this paper analyzed the relationship between veterinarians system and veterinary personnel training, discussed the necessity and difficulties of the deep cooperation between schools and enterprisesis, and expounded the system construction of school-enterprise deep cooperation,so as to promote the quality of veterinary personnel training.
