摘　　要：处在工业化进程中的福建省,工业是经济的主体.以福建省300强企业为研究样本,从企业和行业两个层面、多视角地全面研究福建省2002～2015年工业所有制结构特征及其变化,具有重要的意义.研究结果表明,民营企业的崛起将使外商经济在工业经济中失去主体地位,依靠公有、国控、民营来提升产业结构层次,任重道远.In Fujian Province, which is in the process of industrialization, industry is the main body of the economy. Taking the top 300 enterprises in Fujian Province as a research sample, it is significant to comprehen- sively study the structural characteristics and the changes of industrial ownership in Fujian Province from 2002 to 2015 from two levels and multiple perspectives of enterprises and industries. The results indicate that over- seas -funded enterprises are losing the status of the main body of industrial economy with the rapid development of private enterprises. It is a long way to go to upgrade the industrial structure of Fujian province relying on state- owned, state-holding and private enterprises.
