摘　　要：目的确定冰川滴丸制剂的质量控制指标。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂进行定性研究。结果对制剂中姜黄姜黄、桂枝、川芎的多组分进行测定后,薄层色谱图斑点分离好、清晰、阴性无干扰。结论:本实验采用薄层色谱鉴别法对冰川滴丸进行一测多评,直观快捷地判断制剂的质量,为生产流程化提供实验依据。Purpose Determining the quality control indicator of Bingchuan dropping preparation.Method： Qualitative study of formulations by thin layer chromatography. Result After measuring the multi components of turmeric, cassia twig and ligusticum wallichii in the preparation, the thin-layer chromatogram spots were separated, cleat, and negative without interference. Conclusion In this experiment, the thin-layer chromatographic identification method was used to evaluate the Bingchuan dropping, and the quality of the preparation was judged quickly and intuitively, which provided experimental basis for the production process.
