摘 要:目的确定冰川滴丸制剂的质量控制指标。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂进行定性研究。结果对制剂中姜黄姜黄、桂枝、川芎的多组分进行测定后,薄层色谱图斑点分离好、清晰、阴性无干扰。结论:本实验采用薄层色谱鉴别法对冰川滴丸进行一测多评,直观快捷地判断制剂的质量,为生产流程化提供实验依据。Purpose Determining the quality control indicator of Bingchuan dropping preparation.Method: Qualitative study of formulations by thin layer chromatography. Result After measuring the multi components of turmeric, cassia twig and ligusticum wallichii in the preparation, the thin-layer chromatogram spots were separated, cleat, and negative without interference. Conclusion In this experiment, the thin-layer chromatographic identification method was used to evaluate the Bingchuan dropping, and the quality of the preparation was judged quickly and intuitively, which provided experimental basis for the production process.
