摘　　要：复合型传媒人才培养是高校新闻学教育改革的基本趋势。国内外对复合型传媒人才培育展开了较为深入又各有差异的研究,相较国外注重实践操作而言,国内学者主要围绕基本概念、要素、模式以及策略等方面进行了多角度探索。复合型传媒人才培养的系统架构是指在多学科基础上,结合高校发展特点,遵循高等教育的内外部规律,对所需人才的培养目标、规格和方案等系列子系统按照内在逻辑关系组成的架构体系,主要包括培养目标、培养方案、培养途径和实践等六个子系统。The training of compound media talents is a basic trend of journalism education reform in colleges and universities. The research on compound media talents has been earned out in a more in-depth and different way at home and abroad. Compared with the practice operation in foreign countries, domestic scholars mainly focus on basic concepts, elements, patterns and strategies. On the basis of multi-disciplines, combining characteristics of development of colleges and universities, following the internal and external laws of higher education, the system architecture of compound media talent training refers to that the series of subsystems of training objectives, specifications and programs of required talents are composed according to the inherent logical relationship. It mainly includes six subsystems ： training objectives, training programs, training channels and practice, etc.
