摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村是目前我们党和国家在新时期确立的一项重大历史任务。建设社会主义新农村离不开金融的支持,随着建设社会主义新农村步伐的加快,为农村金融体制改革和金融服务提出了新的要求和挑战。如何发挥农村金融的核心作用、有效促进农村经济的发展,成为基层金融机构支持与服务新农村建设重点创新和研究的课题。Building a new socialist countryside is an important historical task established by our party and country in the new period. Building a new socialist countryside is inseparable from financial support. With the acceleration of building a new socialist countryside, new requirements and challenges have been put forward for the reform of rural financial system and financial services. How to play the core role of rural finance and effectively promote the development of rural economy has become a key innovation and research topic for grass-roots financial institutions to support and serve the new rural construction.
