摘 要:为了满足直接空冷机组冬季安全、经济运行的要求,通过分析风机电耗率和机组背压之间的关系,结合机组历史运行数据、空冷岛温度分布规律、防冻控制方法,建立了经济运行背压模型,给出了防冻控制方法,并制订了兼顾机组节能运行的优化控制策略。该控制策略在600 MW直接空冷机组上实施后,机组冬季运行背压平均可降低1 kPa,在满足机组防冻安全的基础上实现了经济运行。In order to meet the requirements of the safety and economic operation ofthe direct air cooling unit in winter, through the analysis of the relationship between thewind power consumption rate and the back pressure of the unit, the back pressure modelof the economic operation was established by combining the historical operation data of theunit, the temperature distribution law of the air cooling island and the antifreezing controlmethods. The antifreezing control method was formulated. The optimal control strategy ofunit antifreezing and energy saving operation were taken into account. After theimplementation of the control strategy on 600 MW direct air cooling unit, the back pressureof the unit in winter could be reduced by 1 kPa, and the economic operation was realizedon the basis of meeting the safety of the unit′s anti freezing.
