摘　　要：针对保电工作中线路缺相故障难以及时发现的问题,开发研制了便携式断电缺相自动报警装置,用于保电过程中监测线路是否失电或有无缺相故障。该装置能够在线路正常供电状态下用相色灯监视相电压,线路断电或缺相时报警;在应急电源运行状态下,线路恢复正常供电或缺相恢复时通过声光报警。该装置的应用缩短了故障停电时间,提高了保电效率,减轻了现场值守人员的工作强度。In order to solve the problem of missing phase fault of the line in powerprotection work, a portable automatic alarm device for missing phase was developed, whichcould be used to monitor whether the line was out of power or have faultless phase fault.The device could monitor the phase voltage with the phase color lamp in the state ofpower operation, and could alarm when the line was out of power or out of phase. In thestate of emergency power supply operation, when the power supply or the lack of phaserecoveried, the audible and visual alarmed. The application of the device shortened thetime of fault outage, improved the efficiency of power protection and reduced the workingintensity of field watchmen.
