摘 要:针对内蒙古电网智能电能表现场实际运行情况,对现场实际运行的单相智能费控电能表进行抽样试验。并根据智能电能表技术规范、检测依据及抽检项目,依次对单相智能费控电能表抽样试验中出现的不出误差、日计时不合格、安全认证及购电卡代码错误、走字试验中剩余金额为零跳闸后自动合闸、表计显示剩余金额与ESAM模块剩余金额不一致、阶梯电价计费模式下依然采用"尖峰平谷"计费模式计算电量等故障现象进行分析与总结,并提出改进措施,确保单相智能费控电能表在推广和应用中更加准确、稳定运行。According to the situation of smart meter in Inner Mongolia power grid,prepayment single-phase smart electricity meters in service were used in the samplinginspection. According to the technological specifications, the detection criterion and theitems of smart meter, the failure phenomenon of the problems of errors, poor daily timing,errors of secure authentication and cards, auto-reclosing after a short time interval asremaining amount was zero, different remaining amount of module ESAM and smart meter,and still using the charging mode of peak and valley price in billing calculations underthe charging mode of multi-step electricity pricing in the experiments in the samplinginspection of prepayment single-phase smart electricity meters were analyzed andsummarized. And the proposed improved measures could ensure the more accurate andsteady operation of prepayment single-phase smart electricity meters in its development andapplication.
