摘  要:某600 MW火力发电厂引风机电动机振动增大导致引风机故障停运,通过电动机解体检查、劣化分析、借鉴其他同类型电厂引风机故障分析结果,确定故障原因为引风机电动机在生产时缺少"热打紧"(楔键对打热装配)工序,使得转子铁心定位楔键松动出现位移并偏心,导致电动机振动,定、转子局部摩擦,且忽视日常定检消缺工作,造成引风机故障。经返厂检修,重新安装运行后故障得以消除,同时提出今后应加强巡点检管控、提高劣化分析能力等措施建议。During the operation of a 600 MW thermal power plant fan, the vibration ofthe motor caused the fan failure and the running stop. Via the motor breakdown inspection, the daily deterioration analysis and comparison, and drawing lessons from otherproblems of the same type of power plant fan, confirmed that the lack of hot punch(theprocess of sloping the heat assembly in the manufacturing plant) caused the rotor corepositioning slant bond to loosen, and the rotor core of the motor was displaced andeccentric, resulting in motor vibration and local friction of the fixed rotor. In addition,daily inspection and elimination of missing details, resulting in a vicious fan motoraccident. The inspection and repair process were determined, the inspection and control ofthe inspection points was strengthened, and the prevention and rectification measures of thedeterioration analysis ability were improved.
